Suites include a microwave, refrigerator, wet bar and sleep sofa. Executive suites also include cooking facilities. Some rooms have fireplaces.

The indoor pool area is located at the southeast corner of the hotel, on the ground level. The pool and separate whirlpool are surrounded by poured concrete walkways, and there is a changing area with shower.

The hotel building has a wet sprinkler system throughout, along with smoke detectors, exit and emergency lighting. The building ahs a 2,500 Amp. Main electrical service located in the ground floor mechanical room. The sewer/grinder system is tied into the adjacent restaurant building. The guest rooms have individually controlled through-wall heating and cooling units, and the common areas are heated and cooled via a central forced air, hvac system.
